Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina is a hidden gem in the beautiful Island residential resort town of Hilton Head Island. Nestled at the center of the Island and developed around a 15.5-acre harbour, Shelter Cove is a 230-acre marina community bordering Broad Creek on the island’s sunset site. The marina is the deepest in Hilton Head Island and offers direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway.

The Marina is home to various boating and fishing charters, and water activities, Outside Hilton Head, with corporate offices at The Plaza at Shelter Cove offers a variety of outdoor activities and tours. You can spend the day windsurfing, kayaking, sailing, deep-sea fishing, power boating, and more! Dinner cruises are available for a romantic evening on the open sea.
The Marina also features a 170-slip full-service yacht basin. The slips are open for reservation, with each slip sized to accommodate boats up to 135 feet long. It’s anchored by the Ship’s Store, a general store offering sports gear and equipment, as well as boating supplies.

- Shelter Cove Towne Centre
The epicenter of Hilton Head Island, this 42-acre destination provides residents and visitors with a unique outdoor shopping and dining experience in an open, park-like setting. Anchored by Kroger's, Belk's and Starbucks, it includes the 5-acre linear park, Shelter Cove Community Park, and Riverwalk, 240 luxury waterfront long-term apartments. The park hosts numerous community events, including concerts, firework shows and movie nights. Check local listings for activities. - Veterans Memorial Park and Pond located within the Shelter Cove Community Park pays tribute to America’s fallen and missing soldiers. It features a stone monument and a pathway that leads to a peaceful pond. Traditional military services are held here on Veterans Day, Memorial Day, and other occasions.
