After moving to Hilton Head Island in 1984, Ruth, my future wife followed me shortly and we were married in 1986.  We have two beautiful daughters and now have three generations living in the Lowcountry, including our four grandchildren. How fortunate we are.  As a Chef, my family and I opened and sold two successful restaurants in the area. Knowing the Lowcountry and the quality of life that it offers, I wanted to share this amazing area. In 2000, I joined the real estate firm of Schembra Real Estate Group, established in 1976.  I continue to live by the saying "We don't sell real estate, we specialize in relationships."

Giving back to the community has always been a priority for me.  I am involved in multiple charities and volunteer my time as a double Board Member at the Island Recreation Center volunteering on the Advisory and Events Boards.  I also volunteer as Entertainment Chairman with the Hilton Head Island St. Patrick's Day Parade Foundation.  Several years ago, I created the Irishfest Saturday Concert.
