I have been a full-time REALTOR® since 1985, helping both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals and objectives in Maryland (1995), Virginia (2003) and South Carolina (2006). My expertise spans a variety of real estate opportunities, including residential properties, new construction, land, farms, waterfront, second homes and retirement communities. Throughout my career, I have achieved over $350M in closed sales, a testament to my commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
In South Carolina, I had the opportunity of joining Schembra Real Estate Group working with Phil Schembra, Owner/Broker-In-Charge. A Hilton Head Island resident and real estate sales professional since 1976. Phil's knowledge and expertise in the area along with his sales training and mentorship have significantly enriched my professional growth, both on and off the Island.
I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. Maryland Association of REALTORS®, Southern Maryland Association of REALTORS® (past member, Board of Directors), the South Carolina Association of REALTORS® and the Hilton Head Area Association of REALTORS serving Hilton Head Island and the Lowcountry.
My personal connection to Hilton Head Island began in 2003 when my family and I purchased our piece of "paradise." We were captivated by the area's natural beauty and community spirit. The Lowcountry is home to over 1,300 charitable organizations and I find immense joy in contributing through community involvement. Notable highlights include my participation in the Kiwanis Club and the "Rib Cook Off" at Honey Horn, where we proudly earned several "People's Choice Awards" for the "Rib King."
Introducing buyers to the unique lifestyle of Hilton Head Island and Bluffton is a passion of mine. I often take potential buyers aboard our boat Just One More Day, to explore the waterways and experience the charm of "Island Living." My in-depth knowledge of the real estate market allows me to provide clients with precise, up-to-date insights into local trends, property values, and market history. Whether working with buyers or sellers, I focus on building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional service. For sellers, I emphasize the importance of staging a property, a service I am deeply passionate about.
