In 1976 Phil arrived on Hilton Head Island to sell real estate in Palmetto Dunes for Phipps Land Company, the developer of Palmetto Dunes. From the beginning, he fell in love with this extraordinary community and became a property owner. Based on his early success as a real estate agent, he founded Schembra Real Estate Group, Inc. and dedicated to make the Company the “best real estate company” specializing in outstanding customer service. In keeping with his goals and objectives, the Company has earned several distinguished industry awards in resort real estate on the Island.
